Before setting a date
Have the exact name of your prescribed medication and your case manager’s contact details available. The team will confirm documents, medication supply and the time to allow.
Biologic or biosimilar?
A biologic medicine is produced from living organisms or their cells. A biosimilar is highly similar to an already authorized reference biologic. Your prescriber and pharmacist can explain the product on your prescription.
