Can I contact the clinic myself?

Yes, with your prescription. The clinic accepts requests from patients, physicians, nurse practitioners and PSPs. For iron, the clinic prefers the INESSS prescription form but accepts any prescription containing the necessary information; other treatments are coordinated through the PSP.

What is the minimum age?

The clinic welcomes patients aged 14 and up. Eligibility also depends on treatment. The downloadable INESSS form applies to adults aged 18 and over; contact the clinic for patients aged 14–17.

How long is the wait for a first appointment?

We can usually offer an appointment within 24–48 hours. The team must confirm availability and receipt of the necessary documents and medication.

Can I come on Saturday?

The clinic opens on alternate Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. Call for dates. It is closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.

Can someone come with me?

Yes, a companion is welcome. The clinic has reclining chairs, Wi-Fi, snacks and a dedicated washroom.

How do I cancel or change a visit?

Call 514 329-2245. Ask about arrangements and any fees before confirming your appointment.
