Requests go through the patient support program. Provide the exact medication, prescriber and your case manager’s contact details. Our team then confirms whether your treatment can be arranged.
Time to allow
Your visit includes check-in, treatment preparation, administration and observation. Infusion time alone is therefore not the total time at the clinic. Ask about the schedule for your prescription.
Fees and medication supply
The PSP and team clarify medication supply and payment arrangements before the appointment. Ask your program which costs are covered and which remain payable by you.
Questions before your visit
Ask which instructions apply to your medication, which documents are required and whom to contact after treatment. Treatment arrangements and follow-up are based on your prescription.
